Second, Early Property Management Expert Questionnaire
Six major indicators:
1. Early property project management organization system structure,
2. Early property project management Organizational stage of the category,

6. pre-property management organization risk survey
Third ,ISO for the pre-property management organization expert questionnaire survey.
For the twenty categories of ISO projects, 12 statistical evaluation and analysis were carried out to select 12 categories of ISO priorities for pre-property management.
Based on the results of the questionnaire survey, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the operation strategy of the pre-project management and the pre-project management of the pre-project management, and provides the preliminary operation of the project management and project management personnel.
