1. Early property project management organization system structure，

For the twenty categories of ISO projects， 12 statistical evaluation and analysis were carried out to select 12 categories of ISO priorities for pre-property management.
Based on the results of the questionnaire survey， this paper puts forward some suggestions on the operation strategy of the pre-project management and the pre-project management of the pre-project management， and provides the preliminary operation of the project management and project management personnel.
