The Ministry of Defense is committed to the prevention and control of officers and men, and promulgated the "Self-harm Prevention Program in the Army", which obliged the grassroots units to support the "intensive education" and "case consultation" services every year. , The new and general officers and men committed suicide behavior "crisis management" education, in order to improve the military officers and men to adapt to the psychological problem. The purpose of this study is to study the evaluation of the effectiveness of psychological counseling in the military, and to analyze the effectiveness of national psychological counseling by means of data envelopment analysis. The results of this study: the efficiency obtained by DEA and the information obtained from each variable, we can see a DMU psychological counseling effect for the strong efficiency; 3 DMU psychological counseling efficiency value between 0.9 and 1, for the edge of the inefficiency The performance efficiency of 8 DMUs is less than 0.9, which is obviously inefficient.
