The background has changed sharply and caused the changes in leader’s behaviors at any time. However, the skill and essence of leadership may not be changed. Therefore, it’s necessary to continue studying the art of leadership in various industry. The purpose of this investigation is to explore the influence of the executive leadership on the commitment of the subordinate organization. The subject of questionnaire are employees of New Yu Ming group, where the students have served. The questionnaire is according to the Leadership Behavior Description Scale and Organizational Commitment Scale to collect data, and the data were analyzed by the software. In terms of leadership behavior, the research results showed that there is a significant difference in "age", "education level", "service unit" and "service year." From the results we can see that department leaders and subordinates do have some differences in personal characteristics. In terms of organizational commitment, there is a significant difference in "age" and "service year." This phenomenon can be explained by the fact that older people accumulate more successful experiences at work, and personal past experiences will increase the depth of commitment to the organization. At last, we will make suggestions on the leading cadres of enterprises and follow-up researches.
