The objects of the study are third-grade students, using questionnaire survey, handing 164 questionnaires out to the students and retrieved 161 valid ones. The conclusions we drew by means of Independent-Sample T Test, One-Way Analysis of Variance, Pearson product-moment correlation and Regression Analysis are as follow: (1)Students were highly satisfied with Xi Yeu Wang and they considered the website is beneficial to improve their attitude of reading and effectiveness of learning, and it won’t be different because of gender. (2)The more amounts of books students passed the test, the higher satisfaction of those who went on the Xi Yeu Wang at home, then the better attitude of reading students will have, and the better effectiveness of learning they will get. (3)The content of Xi Yeu Wang can predict the attitude of reading effectively. (4)Passing the tests on Xi Yeu Wang is helpful to the attitude of reading and achieves the effectiveness of learning.
