The results showed that the independent variable as age,there had no signifi-cant influence on the response,learning,learning management and efficiency,but had significant influence on the behavior and outcome. It can be applied to the work and shared to others. The independent variable as education,there had no significant influ-ence on the learning, behavior and learning management,but had significant influence on the response,outcome and learning efficiency, especially for draftees whose aca-demic qualification is university or above.
