Based on the idea of establishing a high-quality national army, the Ministry of Defense has also actively promoted the "lifelong learning system" to encourage staff to study and improve their skills, and to apply the results of learning to life. However, the national army for a special occupation, work style has its limitations and binding, can wholeheartedly play the role of workers and students of different occupations, are worth exploring the topic. The purpose of this study is to analyze the key factors of military personnel training in the application of hierarchical analysis, and to analyze the relevant influencing factors through literature collection and discussion. The results of this study show that the military personnel, whether it is work, career or personal factors, salary increases and decreases is the most important purpose, after training for their job needs will help to enhance the degree of satisfaction, the results show that learning to learn Knowledge and thinking, to help their job duties. In addition to the openness of knowledge and vision, the increase in promotion and relocation probability, the military personnel in the future military career after the development of considerable help, but also help to plan the personal military career after retirement direction. To meet the self and the ability to properly plan their personal career, but also participate in the main motivation for on-the-job training, and hope to enhance the competitiveness of the troops, that follow-up after retirement as soon as possible with the community.
