In order to achieve the purpose of research, the benefits of IT integration into physical education, the acceptance of information technology into PE teaching, the acceptance of information technology into physical education, and so on. Based on the domestic and foreign literature, and with the school teaching resources and personal teaching experience, the use of non-synchronous network teaching, classroom computer briefing teaching, digital video action correction and other three kinds of information technology applications, the construction of a set of information technology into physical education teaching. Research on Design Questionnaires and Interviews. First, the use of information technology into the physical education class, in the sports skills learning, higher than the traditional group twice the effectiveness, and can achieve the cultivation of information literacy, its benefits exist. Second, students' acceptance of information technology into the teaching of motor skills shows an unattractive attitude, but they agree that it is helpful to learn sports skills. Third, in the acceptance of teachers, to overcome the venues, equipment and other restrictions is acceptable.
