Moreover, Mandarin teaching is an important mechanism for nurturing students’ communication of language in the nine-year curriculum of primary and secondary schools. And composition teaching is a crucial indicator for the development of national language education. However, in practical terms, students' writing ability is generally low. As a result, how to strengthen students' listening, speaking, reading and writing communication ability and flexible application of literacy, and attract them to take the initiative to learn, which is the key to achieving teaching goals effectively. Therefore, this study attempts to integrate the Interactive Response System (IRS) platform, combined with the peer instruction’s blended teaching to plan the writing curriculum. To anticipate students’ learning attitude will be changed and enhance their writing skill. As the Interactive Response System with simultaneous measurement, the application of individual responses, and can generate statistical information after the test to reflect the students’ learning situation. Therefore, the information from the Interactive Response System not only can help students do peer instruction, but also can make teachers guide the students to modify their learning performances immediately. Finally, through the recycling of the system, it will help improve the overall teaching effectiveness. This study adopts the experimental research method, using IRS and peer instruction teaching method in the design of the writing course, and the senior high school grade is the experimental object. In the experiment, one in the IRS-assisted experimental group and the other in the "traditional teaching mode". Before the beginning of the experimental teaching, the two classes will be conducted the writing performance test and the pre-test of the learning interest. After the teaching and the research, the students will be post-measured and the final analysis report will be made.
