Summary: | 碩士 === 中華醫事科技大學 === 生物科技系暨生物醫學研究所 === 105 === Background: The aging of population for the global important subject, urges the people life along with the medical science and technology progress to lengthen, the average -odd life increases, also the concomitance chronic illness increase, the ill health -odd life does not climb, live long not necessarily live good.For causes the advanced age population long-term attendance in accordance to the aging of population tendency and raises growth peacefully the demand, regarding looks after personnel's demand and the specialized ability request for a long time also has tendency of the gradual increase.Along with the advanced age society's arrival, Taiwan will also advance to the elderly society, but long all will also reappear according to the new demand and the new question, causes the folk and government's attention in the long-term attendance demand, the practical realm and the academic circles will also invest the mental effort in the long-term attendance industry development or the system plan.In past regarding in long-term attendance research, because “Team work” the specialized team idea establishment, regarding long discusses the nursing staff mostly separately according to specialist's discussion, looks after the service person and the social workers, related looks after technical, the specialized role, work pressure, manpower correlation and so on disposition in the work domain research, compares discusses long according to the specialized iron triangle - nursing staff, considers the research which the service person and the social worker are connected is quite few together, idle talk in view of in long according to organization in role work service content and ability discussion.
Method: This research picks the traversing typequantity research, the use observes and not therecording a name questionnaire survey law on the spot, (Tainan City and Kaohsiung) the family and the maintenance organization care carries onspecialists in view of the Taiwan southern areas -nursing staff and take care of the service personare the objects of study, because the social workers in the organization many are to hold a concurrent post, and case number are few,therefore has not integrated in the social workerthis research.

But investigated discovery in thefamily of care half attendance service people,knowing is still not able the invasive ofexecution to look after (e.g.: Pulls out phlegmtechnology) actually to carry out the operationon clinical, and thinks specialized virility has isenters long should have "basic condition"should according to the organization to strengthen specially in the ability of relatedlaws.
Conclusion: Hopes that this research stabilizeslong according to development of the demand for talent, the approval gives the specializedrole and responsibility and work responsibilityand looks after the ability, strengthens thetraining and the related laws specialized virility,provides the reference, improves the work and the duty long-term attendance, then promotesto look after the quality.
