Summary: | 碩士 === 修平科技大學 === 人力資源管理與發展碩士班 === 105 === The study was to explore the influence on Job Burnout by using “Job Stress”as the independent variable and proceeded with a further discussion on the moderate effect of “Social Support”. This study employed elementary school teachers in Taichung City as the research objectives and chose a survey method which used “The Questionnaire of Elementary School Teacher’s Job Stress and Job Burnout” as a survey tool. The participants in the study comprised 500 teachers in difference size of schools. A total of 477 estionnaire were received with the reply, in which 421 estionnaire were valid, with an overall valid response rate of 84.2%. The data collected was analyzed via a good number of stastics measures including mean, standard deviation, Pearson Correlation, Exploratory factor analysis(EFA) to test the reliability and validity, and then hierarchical multiple regression analysis was performed to analyze the moderate effect.
The finding:
1.The job stress of the elementary school teachers as a whole is labeled as medium-low
level, and there was a significant difference in every perspectives of scores.
2.The job burnout of the elementary school teachers as a whole is labeled as medium-low level, and there was a significant difference in every perspectives of scores.
3.The job stress and the job burnout are significantly correlated.
4.There is a significant moderate effect of “ Social Support ”on the relationship between
“Job Stress ” and “Job Burnout ” .
Finally, according to the results of the study, this research provides certain suggestions to elementary school administration authority, elementary school teachers, and those who intend to conduct follow-up researches for further references.
