Also because it is necessary for maintaining a family, partner or mate relationship 1) Physical / psychological impact, 2) Role expectations gap, 3) Allocation of housework, 4) Family care and relationships, 5) Marriage cheating issues. Partners get along with each other although there will be clashes, to run, but was eventually out for each other through communication mode of life. Respondents from semi-structured interviews to allow the expression of the elastic free play, and communication software-LINE has found another phenomenon of interpersonal relationships in the workplace.
According to this research, provide the below suggestions. 1) Create the important value between business and family. 2) The boundary between work and family.
