Police agencies have also begun to study the relationship between the network and the social movement of the masses, how to cope with this new generation of mass movement mode, prior to master the message to maintain social order to ensure national security. This study is aimed at the case study of social movements in recent years. The method is linked and mobilized by the social movement promoters on the Internet. Then, the public will be forwarded and shared by the public media. In the short term, a large number of people will be invited to join the social movement, The key lies in the media media proliferation and liquidity, enabling effective, rapid dissemination, to achieve the effect of the call to the masses. And then in other cases, and further proposed the network behavior and social movement related issues proposed and anti-risk strategy.
