Summary: | 碩士 === 華梵大學 === 資訊管理學系碩士班 === 105 === Learning to avoid typos is an important issue to learn Chinese. The stage of elementary school is the foundation of learning Chinese characters. If the students can build a good foundation for Chinese characters learning at this stage, it will help their use the language of Chinese, learning efficiency of every subjects, their interpersonal communication, and improvement of personal language level.
The study is to design a instructional APP for typos of third grade students. This App contains memory tests, misspelling word practices and put in the right order for Chinese sentences. It also combined with several learning games, let the digital materials become a more challenging and interesting course which can help students learn from games and find the joy of learning. This digital material can help students learn for their own and break the learning fence in the end.
This APP has been used by 29 third grade students, and we discuss the influence of the learning achievement and attitude. The experimental results show that: (1) Students by using APP during Chinese classes had significant progress. (2) Students were highly satisfied with games in the APP. (3) This App increases the learning efficiency and learning interests of students.
