Description
Summary:碩士 === 華梵大學 === 資訊管理學系碩士班 === 105 === The development of computer network technology, the emergent computer crime problems and types also incur serious security problems; some people use network to commit crimes because network is of high distribution and confidentiality; as the above new crime type is completely different from conventional crimes, crime investigation skill should be improved accordingly. As the Internet of Things (IoT) technology gradually becomes mature, the police of many countries also actively promote the relevant IoT skills to investigate crimes in order to better the crime investigation performance. The study focuses on the analysis of an organization crime, and takes the ATM hack case of First Bank as an example. In the case, the hackers remotely monitored the ATMs and then installed a malicious program; then, the foreign criminals withdrew the cash from the ATMs in Taiwan; after the case occurred, it only took the police several days to solve the case; the key to solve is to use the high-density and high motility intelligent investigation police network based on IoT, which is of high efficiency; thus, the case could be solved in a short time to reach the predicted crime investigation efficiency. The study compares which with the conventional crime investigation mode and focuses on high-efficiency crime investigation performance; then, the study analyzes other cases so as to provide the suggestions for the researches of the relevant issues in the future.
