碩士 === 華梵大學 === 資訊管理學系碩士班 === 105 === Information technology is promising from the development of internet and globalized enterprise, the department of information hence plays important role by the progression of electronic business and as well as the information manager has become significant. For business, information technology is to escalate the overall competitiveness whereas information technology is to improve the business for the public sectors. Information system was adopted to make short-term, middle-term, and long-term plans for enterprises, the purposes of plan of enterprise is to elevate the competitiveness of enterprise and in the meanwhile curtailing a big quantity of human resource and increase benefits then. In contrast, the discussion of information technology for the public sectors is scant, especially for the system of military, police department, and the department of intelligence. The tendency of the development of information technology is incomprehensible. The aims of paper are to scrutinize the development and the tendency of information technology, discussing the import process of police information technology for last thirty years. The objects are the police, who is belonged to the Taipei City Police Department, wearing police mobile devices. Questionnaires are provided from November 1st, 2015 to November 30th, there are 435 shares of questionnaire collected by simply sampling, and effective returned questionnaires are 397shares. The results are as followed: 1.There are partial significant differences between variables of technology acceptance model in demographic data. 2.Perceived usefulness of basic level police on using mobile devices is positively affected by perceived ease of use. 3.Behavior intention of basic level police on using mobile devices is positively affected by perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and perceived behavioral control. 4.Perceived ease of use of basic level police on using mobile devices is positively affected by the quality of communication, organization support, and situational interaction in part. 5.Perceived usefulness of basic level police on using mobile devices is positively affected by the quality of communication, organization support, and situational interaction in part. 6.Perceived behavior control of basic level police on using mobile devices is positively affected by the quality of communication, organization support, and situational interaction.
