Summary:碩士 === 華梵大學 === 東方人文思想研究所 === 105 === Wang Yangming (1472-1529), in the middle period of the Ming Dynasty in China, was an outstanding politician, thinker and military strategist. He was also an great educator with foresight . His “Tongmen education”theory(childhood education thoughts)has signifition influences on later primary education. Yang Ming devoted his entire life to the lectures and developed his own ideas about education. In his theory, he put the moral education in the leading position. He then very much attached importance to moral cultivation and morality. In this paper, Yangming’s childhood education thoughts will be the main research parts. This research will focus on Yangming’s main thoughts of childhood education and the core contents of his moral education. The main purpose of this research is trying to find solutions to the difficulties in current education, especially in primary education.
