Equipment maintenance outsourcing is a form of outsourcing of enterprise resources. Outsourcing can solve many problems in the organization, but also may bring new risks for the organization, is used in different organizational structure, characteristics and environment must consider the organization, can make the target motivation and strategy combination, to produce the greatest benefits. The objective of outsourcing relationship management is to minimize these shortcomings as much as possible, and to maximize the benefits of outsourcing. In outsourcing decision-making, supplier selection is the key factor to the success of outsourcing. When the enterprise selects and sells the suppliers, it often considers several decision factors.
The main purpose of this paper is to help XYZ company in the industry, through the integration of AHP and TOPSIS analysis model, construct the equipment maintenance outsourcing decision-making analysis of the structure and target hierarchy. The results of this study are as follows:
I. supplier evaluation indicators and scoring: There are four main attributes of quality ability, the most important of the price competitiveness, delivery ability and customer service ability of a total of 18 evaluation indexes, the results of AHP, found that the selection of the five most important factors for "A5" and "stable quality C2 can respond quickly to demand" and "A3" of high quality and reliable "A6, delivery and stability" and "C3" distribution ability.
2. supplier actual selection:Using TOPSIS method to establish supplier evaluation and selection model, it is found that the performance ranking of each evaluation structure is the same. The order of manufacturer A is the first, the order of manufacturer B is second, and the order of manufacturer C is bottom.
