By facing the competition around the world, and especially from China which has the similar culture background with Taiwan and rapidly increasing their market share by lowing the pricing and marketing strategies. The pump industries of Taiwan is facing the turning point of business strategy; for this traditional and relatively conservative industry, how to increase the competitiveness and quality satisfaction by leaping to a brand new business mode and thoughts thus become an urgent and priority issue to be hands-on immediately.
E-commercial platform has been a solution so far, it combines the web/product/ data base and conduct it into the pump business by sorting the sales, quality and producing data into one solid data base platform. The research is to discuss the pre-alarm model of sales/service mode, and trying to create the approach that can be able to have precaution for the client before that actually need the service.
