Summary: | 碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 體育學系碩士在職專班 === 105 === The purpose of this study is to understand the current situation of recreation sports participation and working pressure; to analyze the difference of both among different background variables; to discuss the relationship between both. Taking the elementary school teachers in Shulin Dist. New Taipei City for the year 2015 as the population, the study adopts descriptive statistics, t test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe ex post facto comparison, Pearson’s product-moment correlation, and other statistical methods for data analysis.
The results of the study were as follows:
1.There were 33.4% of the elementary school teachers in Shulin Dist. New Taipei City has regular exercise. Most of them spend 31 to 60 minutes on low-intensity recreation sports. Most of them participate in out-door sports alone. The location in school is the major. In general, the participation of recreation sports is low.
2.The main reason of working pressure is “work burden, and among other reasons in turn are “institutional arrangement”, “students’ behavior”, and “professional knowledge”. The level of working pressure is at medium degree.
3.The elementary school teachers in Shulin Dist. New Taipei City of different genders, ages, and service years showed difference in participation of recreation sports.
4.The elementary school teachers in Shulin Dist. New Taipei City of different genders showed difference in participation time of recreation sports.
5.The elementary school teachers in Shulin Dist. New Taipei City of different genders, ages, marriage status, service years, and highest academic degree obtained showed difference in participation of recreation sports intensity.
6.The elementary school teachers in Shulin Dist. New Taipei City of different genders, ages, and service years showed difference in participation level of recreation sports.
7.The elementary school teachers in Shulin Dist. New Taipei City of different genders, ages, highest academic degree obtained, marriage status and service years showed difference in working pressure.
8.There is no obvious correlation between working pressure and recreation sports participation.
