This study collected open data of Taipei city from “Real estate transaction data”,”Taipei landmark information” and “Taipei Statistic Database”, then combined into a new dataset. We divided the twelve districts into five groups with decision tree and reduced the amount of surrounding facility variables by applying Correlation Analysis. After that, the research built Multiple Regression models and decision tree.In conclusion, the result suggests the influence of house construction characteristics and its surrounding facilities to Taipei City shop front price differ from group to group.
