Facing a variety of emerging Fintech (i.e., Financial technology) and start-up enterprises to join the battlefield, the financial industry needs to upgrade when confronted by the challenges of digital services. The business of the financial industry is moving towards the goal of automation, which includes the establishment of voice recognition system. Current speech recognition technologies mainly adopt data driving models to improve machine learning of corpus linguistics. By the innovation of the speech recognition engine technology, the recognition rate is gradually improved, and its function can be applied in various financial fields, such as interactive voice identification of collection system, customer service center intelligent robot, telephone marketing center broadcast voice robot, credit card risk control center voice robot, and so on. Voice Recognition System (VRS) incurs several benefits of automation, which not only simplifies the operation process, but also increases convenience and time efficiency of human jobs. Based on the literature, this study explores the relevant theoretical basis and cricical experiences of success cases, as well as constructs an interactive voice recognition collection system of debt management database to deeply obtain its impact and profitability from a famous domestic bank. The benefits analysis shows that VRS of debt management department can offer several contrlbutions as follows: 1. VRS increases more manpower utilization efficiently. 2. VRS incurs positive and significant impacts on the availability and reliability of collection system. 3. Savings of voice flow control of VRS significantly improve. Further, this study can be referred as an important example of VRS to improve or inovate Fintech business automation.
