Google’s popular web applications such as Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Calendar, Google Hangouts and Google+……etc. are including and bound in one convenient package. Although most of the applications are free for consumer’s version, G Suite adds many special features to suit the demand specifically for enterprise customer. For example, custom email addresses (@yourcompany.com), 30 GB + shared storage space for mails, documents and pictures in Gmail, Cloud Drive and Google+, auditing feature for video conference, calendar and documents, 24/7 phone and email support, 99.9% operating efficiency, unlimited users, enterprise control panel feature and internet security protection with advanced encryption technology……etc. Additionally, G Suite Unlimited premium version even provides unlimited storage, Single file up to 5TB, drive status check and feedback, Google Vault application, safe keeping system designed especially for E-Discovery.
Modern Life depends on internet, which is the key element for Cloud technology as well. The Cloud storm represents a brand new revolution for the billion computing information users in the world, its continuous break through not only changes the way of living, but greatly affect how business operates, especially for small and medium enterprise. In this research report, Cloud Computing advantage and the services of Google Cloud System would be introduced and analyzed in the beginning, follow by few successful examples from various global organizations of running Google Apps for Work, few in-depth interviews with the top management team members to discover the IT obstacles facing by the subjected case company and also review the chance of bringing new Cloud system for the option of improvement. To evaluate company’s actual requirement for Cloud development, to forecast the efficiency after upgrading to Cloud System, to provide solid advice for improving the competitiveness and to keep sustainable growth in the industry by selecting Google Cloud System are measured in the last.
Finally, all statements are showing positive conclusions that Google Cloud System would be the best suitable solution to improve the operational efficiency for the subjected company.
