In addition, the study also scrutinizes if typology of marital intention among single female teachers and pressure from parents can predict the well-being. The measure tools include three types of questionnaires: the Chinese People's Happiness Scale, the Parental Stress Scale, and the Marriage Intention Scale. The respondents in the study are single female teachers who are at age 30-44 and never have marriages before in Taiwan. The sampling strategy is snowball sampling. The effective sample size is 294. The analytic plans are independent-sample T test, analysis of correlation, and regression analysis. The results of study are as follows. Firstly, there are significantly statistical differences in the relationship between the marital intention typology, pressures from parents, and the well-being for single female teachers. Secondly, single female teachers who experienced the pressures from parents are associated with significantly negative well-being. Thirdly, Typology of marital intention cannot be statistically significant related to the well-being. LI, CUI-SHAN 利翠珊 2017 學位論文 ; thesis 80 zh-TW |
