博士 === 輔仁大學 === 哲學系 === 105 === Silk text Yellow Emperor’s Four Classics has been digging up from grave in Mawangdui, Changsha, Hunan Since 1973, the related research results publishing emerge in everywhere, its academic research outcome plenty in these forty years. Therefore, this thesis tries to trace the academic history of Huang-Lao from the academic origins of the study of Huang-Lao and its research on the academic history of the pre-Chin period and the thought of Lao Tzu. The academic spread of the study of Huang-Lao from of the “skills of Tao” and “skills of Fang” difference, discussed to the South, North Huang-Lao school on each other's influence. It is helpful to clarify the above problems by discussing them from the second chapter to the fifth chapter, which will help to understand the ideological content and theoretical construction of the Yellow Emperor 's Four Classics. In the discussion, the theory of Huang-Lao is based on the Chinese classical philosophy. There are two different theories of humanistic value system: one is the theoretical system of Confucius as the center, Lao Tzu as the center of the main road and the development of the Huang-Lao theory system. In the confront of the situation of the period of spring and autumn and the period of warring states, the two philosophy systems wanted to construct a theory of that could solve the problems encountered in the world at that time. And the characteristics of the academic structure of the study of Huang-Lao, such as Ssu-Ma Tan Speaks of Six Philosophical Lineages about: “Taoist spirit of mind, action in line with the invisible ‘Road’, so that all things abundance. Taoist surgery is based on the yin and yang home on the four-time operation of the order, the absorption of Confucianism and two long, summarized name, Legalism two of the essence, with the development of the times and development, conform to changes in things, establish a good customs , Applied to personnel, all inappropriate, intended simple and easy to master, less effort and more effective.” In this paper, the thesis will discuss the Tao, the Laws, the Forms and Name, the Yin and Yang, the Paradigms of Female and Male Conduct, Hsing and Te, and Only Sage in the Yellow Emperor's Four Classics from the sixth chapter to the eighth chapter. Hope to build a set of political philosophy, management philosophy and philosophy of life related to Huang-Lao thought.
