| Summary: | 碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 社會工作學系碩士班 === 105 === This study takes the Program of Chengzhong Fangzhou Community,Hailing District ,Taizhou City as an example to conduct evaluations of outcome and process evaluation of the Social Protection Pilot Project for Chinese minors, aiming to understand the current situation of social protection work for minors in Taizhou City through the evaluation of the outcome and process of the ten services of the programs of Fangzhou Community, and to make specific suggestions for it.
The study found out that,
1. The outcomes of the Social Protection Program of Fangzhou Community are mainly manifested in three aspects-minors, minors’ families, and communities:
Bringing most help to the minors in the vulnerable and general minors; little help for minors’ families; A great help for realizing community integration. The service objects have a good overall evaluation of the services which have advantages and disadvantages. In addition, the objects also gave some advice.
2. The implementation of related work has its own advantages and disadvantages during the implementation process of the Protection Program for minors of Fangzhou Community, which mainly appears in the aspects of the work content and process, linkable resources, monitoring service quality, related records of the work, the exploiting of human resource, the dilemmas of the work and related suggestions.
3. Suggestions: Build an all-inclusive social protection network for minors; give priority to providing community care services for vulnerable minors and their families; relevant departments and agencies should integrate resources as much as possible; formulate relevant work specification; strengthen the advocacy; and improve relevant laws and regulations.
