碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 心理學系 === 105 === A Study on the Importance of Quality of Life Determinants of Young People : Refer to the Norwegian Study and Discussion of Work Values Yu-an Hsiao Fu Jen University department of Psychology Objectives：This paper aims at studying Quality of Life Determinants(QoLD) in Taiwan and refer to methods of Gawlik & Jacobson(2016). Discussion and comparing results of Taiwanese and Norwegian. Methods：385 respondents of 20~30 years young Taiwanese people by Web-side Questionnaires. It employed Descriptive statistics, Exploratory Factor Analysis(EFA), Confirmatory Factor Analysis(CFA) by SPSS22 and AMOS24. Results：(1) Young Taiwanese People focus on free time of individual than others QoLD, who are expecting for stability of life condition and ignoring social environment and Finance status of QoLD. (2) Difference between EFA of this research and Gawlik & Jacobson(2016). (3) Explain EFA result of this research: economic values, work values, individual freedom, expecting for country(social) environment. Conclusions：Researcher Suggest to：(1) focus on Career Exploration for Taiwanese education policy. (2) Integrate career, family and life topic for Career consulting. (3) focus on non-working condition of employee in workplace. (4) more research to relation of Quality of Life and Work-Life Balance topic.
