Description
Summary:碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 大眾傳播學研究所碩士班 === 105 === Traditionally, assessment of television viewing behaviors have always been quantitative approach such as rating survey. However, toward of the diverse media environment, rating survey is not enough to test the audiences’ behaviors, and numerous criticisms toward the quantitative approach pointed out that the actual quality of viewing has been neglected. To supplement the traditional rating research, a number of nations, such us the U.S.; the U.K.; the French and the Canada started to gauge alternative methods to qualitatively assess audiences’ viewing behaviors for many years; the most noticeable is the Quality Rating Survey. This study based on the 2014 NCC ‘The construction of TV Qualitative Indicators’ research and reviewed the related research literature for an appropriate theoretical basis, and to further reconstruct a feasible set of index for quality measurement of Taiwanese drama viewing for the general TV audiences. This study used purposively sampling and chose two Taiwanese dramas: ‘A Touch of Green’ and ‘Bromance’, and gathered 440 samplings.
