In view of the recent mountain climbing preferences and the frequent mountain accidents, the government actively promote the mountain education. From the elementary school to the graduate school, the government set the educational goals, learning points and teaching programs, expecting to take root, establish the right concepts and encourage more schools to participate in the promotion of mountain courses. Therefore, the study aims to explore the impact of the implementation of mountain education courses on school students’ empathy and team cohesion in the Yilan NeiCheng Elementary & Junior High School students. The subjects of this study were students from the third to eighth graders at Yilan Haw-Yue Branch of Nei-Cheng Elementary School. The questionnaire is used to analyze the statistical data, such as statistics, independent sample t test, single factor variance and Pearson product correlation analysis. The results are summarized as follows: 1.Mountain education courses students have more empathy than non-mountain education courses students. 2.Mountain education courses students’ team cohesion is better than non-mountain education school students. 3.The empathy of mountain education courses students differs because of their grades and scores. 4.The team cohesion of mountain education courses students differs because of their grades and scores. 5.There are significant correlations between mountain education courses students ' empathy and team cohesion. Finally, the researchers advise on the future implementation of mountain education schools: Schools in the twelve years of the new curriculum with flexible learning curriculum can put in the mountain education courses, in order to nurture low- learning achievement children as a mountain seed small teacher, to establish their self-confidence, honor, and develop the formation and summary Quantitative regulation as the implementation of mountain education effectiveness analysis. In addition, some recommendations to the follow-up researchers were the following: quantitative data can be supplemented by qualitative in the study. Leadership, physical fitness for more exploration, and to expand the scope of Hsinchu County, Taitung County and other counties to actively promote the mountain education.
