Since the establishment of diplomatic relations in 1992, It has maintained a friendly and close relationship. At different levels, the interaction between China and South Korea is based on many advantages. First of all, China and South Korea have a good geographical location, so that exchanges between the various exchanges can be direct and rapid, and thus get a close interaction. Second, China and South Korea, do not have the historical issues or territorial disputes, no actual conflicts and disputes, they maintain friendly relations, so China and South Korea have a peaceful and stable environment. Third, the same cultural background, let China and South Korea are get more closer, in the cultural exchanges and interaction, can be timely to narrow the relationship between each other. Fourth, the same economic interests and political goals, can deepen the mutual willingness and opportunity. Under the guidance of these four major advantages, China and South Korea have maintained a close and good interaction. The signing of the China-Korean FTA is undoubtedly a milestone in the political and economic exchanges between China and South Korea. This paper is aimed at China and South Korea's economic and trade exchanges, as well as China and South Korea FTA brought benefits, impact and challenges. Through the political considerations and economic interests of the two factors to carry out analysis and research. Finally, the research results show that there are four influencing factors in the factors influencing the economic and trade exchanges between China and South Korea: 1. Political needs and objectives 2. Internal needs and planning 3. Foreign cooperation and development 4. International Factors and Environment. And from the economic point of view, there are five factors: 1. Economic development needs 2. Industry and trade structure differences 3. Regional environment to drive and urge 4. Protection policy coordination and industrial transformation 5. Technical differences With the proportion of power transfer.
