Summary: | 碩士 === 佛光大學 === 管理學系 === 105 === In Taiwan, standing table always is one of indispensable therapeutic tools in clinical work of occupational therapy. It provides patients with practice of standing support and balance, and has been the most efficient and cost-effective therapeutic tool for a long time. Due to the greatly use and abrading, the wooden surface will produce large quantity of fine wood dust, which will stain the clothing and pollute air in the room. This problem has been a troubling to therapist and so far, the problem hasn’t been properly handled yet.
The frame of this study is use inventive process of TRIZ to solve the problem that using standing table produce wooden dust. In the stage of problem definition, it uses tools of TRIZ such as S-Curve, 9 windows and 6W1H1G and in the stage of problem analysis it uses Functional Analysis (FA), Cause-Effect Chain Analysis (CECA) and Cause-Effect Contradiction Chain Analysis (CECCA). Use physical contradiction or engineering contradiction and 40 inventive principles to resolve contradiction. In the stage of evaluation, it uses trends of evolution to select the best program. At last, it uses patent search and patent analysis to evaluate and confirm the usability of applying patent. The outcome of this study is that using magnetic force control system can resolve the problem that friction producing wooden dust.
Modified standing table can provide a non-wooden dust environment and it also alleviate therapists’physical burden and provides patients with precisely resistance as they need. The ability of Taiwan’s manufacturing will be able to meet the needs of the design of the product and make occupational therapist handle therapy more precisely.
