Long-term care has become an important issue. Government, civil society and insurance industries are all thinking about the future of Taiwan. It the issue that how can we run a society with perfect welfare system is the issue we want to discuss.With the upgrading of medical technology quality, the life expectancy of the people has been prolonged, so the demand for long-term care has been improved year by year. Besides, the phenomenon of not marriage, late marriage and the trend towards fewer children are becoming more and more common. This kind of change of the social structure in Taiwan cause the elderly care problems become extremely urgent. It need to be paid attention and input by the government and the people. Therefore, this study tries to explore the future direction of commercial long-term care insurance, and what is the consumers demand, besides, the current shortage of the care insurance products through expert interviews and market consumer questionnaires. Finally, I want to put forward the possible improvement of the program and the future direction of development in order to response to the more urgent long-term care problems in the future. The study found that the problem of the human and financial gap derived from long-term care risks can indeed be completed through commercial insurance, with the government's long-term care Plan 2.0 being resolved, but the process relies on professional insurance practitioners and full communication. During the middle of the study, through different pathways, the company has the sales capacity of the business manager of the practical experience, for different income people, the period can provide reference to the planning module to benefit the public as the basis for judging the professional quality of practitioners, and as a reference blueprint to address long-term care risk issues as a contribution.
