The project was created using a 4G communication vehicle environment to provide wireless transmission and trade possibilities. To achieve these objectives, we established four platforms including (1) a recycling logistics sales media platform and REBER system, (2) a business waste information service integration platform, (3) a resource recycling services app and (4) a green recycling large data center. Through the establishment of these platforms we will establish an innovative environment protection recycling service, promote industrial upgrading and lead to the creation of smart urban developments. The goals of the platforms are as follows: (1) Recycling logistics sales media platform and REBER system - check all industrial vehicles, including idle vehicles and back haul, to maximize logistic benefits. Create real, measurable benefits between recyclers and waste reprocessors. Base the platform on proxy sales and transport to obtain media commission income. (2) Business waste information service integration platform - business owners can fully manage and track whether business waste is properly handled, and the flow of goods. Encourage business owners and recyclers to join this platform for access to platform leasing, consultancy and system integration. (3) Resource recycling services app provide people with convenient recycling channels. Recyclables can expand business opportunities through cross-industry marketing cooperation, obtaining the listing fees and advertising revenue. (4) Green recycling large data center - provide real-time operation of the platform, marketing direction adjustments and decision-making recommendations. Attend to external environmental factors and changes in customer needs, making immediate, timely adjustments while considering contingencies.
