However, it brings lots of convenience for user, and creates some impact for fundamental banking staff. The following study will investigate not only the impact for financial advisor of wealth management but also how do they prepare this online banking tsunami in advance. Methods: Four senior supervisors of ANZ BANK were purposefully chosen as the study subject by qualitative research methods with sampling methods. There are four main studies: 1. How financial advisor of wealth management will be developed to the right track 2. How financial advisor of wealth management will response the challenge in different stage of bank 3.0. 3. How financial advisor of wealth management will elevate its value under fintech and mobile bank arena. 4. How financial advisor of wealth management be the pioneer of the financial technology service. Conclusions: The results of the study were that to be the suggestion to bank improvement plan.
