Although the chain of pharmacy in Taiwan Still keep hign profitability, but the expansion is slow. Chain pharmacies is a highly professional service industry, the main core competitiveness is the skilled people, personnel training and education is the major chain of the main core issues, the current academia is not for the pharmacy training courses, how to construct an effective pharmacy staff training system to meet the current market trends is the main purpose of this study. In this study, we used the case to study the method of "selection, utilization and education" of the chain of pharmacy in the extended chain, and to explore the more rapid training of personnel, to enhance the speed of expansion, expand the chain of pharmacy industry. The results of the study found that the reasons for the poor training of the regional chain pharmacy were that the teaching materials were not unified, the teachers' teaching methods and teaching standards were too different, and the management functions were lacking in good education. This study suggests that the regional chain pharmacy should plan centralized education and decentralized education, and the functions required by the staff by different educational methods to complete the planning, construct a systematic education system.
