Therefore, the business enterprise is a step by step, from the business operation tactics to the strategies, need to be careful, adjust and readjust. In order to adapt to change, organization need to do all kinds of changes, especially for the traditional enterprises, in addition to face competing pressure across the industry, but also to face Human capital issues. In this study, we take E company as an example to discuss the impact of E company's TTQS on E's education and training system and organizational performance.
In this thesis, the case study method was studied. First we discuss the causes of organizational change and the key factors influencing the effectiveness of TTQS. Next, the training and training system of TTQS was followed by an in-depth record of the relevant personnel of E company and the archival analysis. Finally, the research data and the previous scholarly research are compared and discussed, and then the effect of TTQS is introduced into the organizational change.
The results of this study find that when TTQS was introduced in E company organizational changes, not only make E company’s profit growth but also become major electric vehicle manufacturer; the key factors are as follows: 1. Highly support and trust from high level managers; 2. To establish a systematic education and training system, and departmental objectives consistency. Courses design are mainly based on enterprise operational objectives, and training follows TTQS’s PDDRO training quality management loop to ensure the effectiveness of training. Whether in the definition of training needs, planning training courses, review the training results or improve training content, staff participate in education and training, not only to hear, learn, and use from training but also do feedback in the work performance and the overall effectiveness of the organization; company’s education and training can obtain employee recognition and satisfaction, and customers satisfaction with the product; 3. Effective training system to make staffs to get attention and stay ; 4. Overall evaluation - for business organizations or talent development can create a successful win-win situation.
