Therefore, IARC listed the diesel engine exhaust emissions, outdoor air pollution and suspended particles in air as A class of carcinogens. At March 2013, National Environmental Health Research Center refer that the risks of exposed to PM 2.5 included early death, bronchitis, asthma, cardiovascular diseases, lung cancer et cetera no matter long or short periods. This study explore from literature and actual operating experience analysis the common problem the electronic bus faced: lack of endurance, poor scheduling, highly cost and battery life. Those four main problem all faced to the key point: battery module. Through solving the problem we found that we need to have creative ways from the bus operating company, electronic bus manufacturer and battery manufacturer. At chapter 4 will provide specific improvement method and the expected effect that can be achieved. After the analysis of the literature, industrial and electric bus problem, we came up with some conclusion. Electric buses and diesel buses cannot be equated, new products must also need the new thinking. The bus operators, manufacturers of bus and battery must work together to design and manufacture and manage. The development of electric buses is only the entry point of the electric car industry. It is suggested that the government should aim to develop the electric car industry as the next Notebook industry in Taiwan and lead Taiwan to become the main supply chain for the key components of the global electric vehicle industry.
