The rubber unique characteristic of elastic is not able to be replaced; therefore, rubber is still continuing used. Rubber is existence everywhere among our daily life, therefore, rubber is also applied to the various industries. The rubber products range is very wide and distributed in different industries as a key component; the rate of 90% is Small and Medium Enterprise and more than the rate of 60% products is export. It shows the rubber product market is very competitive in the globe business. If the company wants to remain its competitive advantages in the fast changing market, the company must try as hard as it can to find the new blue ocean. Taiwan rubber manufacturing industry is belonging to the traditional industry and most of the companies are well-known as an OEM company and ODM company, the company has to enhance their own product added value, innovation and develops its own brand to be OBM step by step in order to create the segmentation. The research of this study is subject to how to remain the rubber manufacturing company competitive advantage, the key success factors and using C company as a study case. Through the method of case study and data collection, the internal and external environment analysis and PEST analysis, and then analyzing by Porter five force model and SWOT analysis to realize the company internal environment strengths and weakness, and the external environment opportunities and threats.
