These cause labor force participation was decrease year by year. Taiwan government’s has been supporting and proposing .To recruit, to cultivate, to retain. Excellent people were grabbed by Taiwan government that they study and stay to work in Taiwan. It improves productivity and national competitiveness. This research subjects are international student or overseas Chinese study in Taiwan. This study we received 301 were valid, resulting rate is 94%. The result of analysis found cross-cultural adjustment has a significant influence on work willingness to stay in Taiwan. Cultural intelligence has a significant influence on work willingness to stay in Taiwan. Social Support has a significant influence on work willingness to stay in Taiwan.
