Summary:碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 機械與電腦輔助工程學系 === 105 === This study is focused on the improvement of the surface quality of punched section in the plastic removal process. In the study, the surface quality includes the burr, skew, and cracks of the punched section. The control variables include the punching speed, the pressure, the position, and the number of times. Based on Taguchi method, experiments of different combinations of parameters were conducted and analyzed so as to obtain the optimal combination of parameters. Based on the study results, the optimal set of parameters is list as follows.The punching speed: speed knob is released for 3 revolutions; the punching pressure: 0.5 MPa; the cutting position: -0.05mm, the number of repeats: 1 time. Accordingly, the surface integerity can be improved up to 47%. The results of this study confirm that this eperimental formula can effevctively improve the quality of the punched section, and thereby achieve the goal of quality improvement and cost reduction.
