From the construction of injection mold, sprue bushes are normally the most serious area where heat accumulates. This dissertation applies Ansys Fluent analysis software to compare the cooling efficiency in different types of conformal waterway sprue bush. It selects a better cooling sprue bush to achieve cooling goal in a faster and even way so as to reduce cooling time. According to the analysis result, it shows that a waterway sprue bush with bigger contact surface of waterway design produced by SLM from the additive manufacturing technology enhances the cooling result effectively. The manufacturing method of SLM is to accumulate layers consisted of tiny melting metal powder to form a metal component in very complicated shape. SLM is different from the traditional waterway machining method, enables to solve the constraints that traditional one may encounter and also reduces that manufacturing cycle time of complicated shapes to enhance production efficiency. 戴國政 2017 學位論文 ; thesis 52 zh-TW |
