Summary: | 碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 機械與電腦輔助工程學系 === 105 === The main purpose of this research is to improve the surface precision and analyze the surface roughness of aluminum alloy (7075) face-milled by a hydrostatic-guided machine tool that was developed by Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI). In the study, we use linear regression method to establish the model of surface roughness, and thereby to investigate the effects of machining parameters. The machining parameters include the spindle speed, the federate, the depth of cut, and the tool radius. In addition, we also conducted cutting experiments on a traditional machine tool (NDV85A), and compared to those executed on the hydrostatic-guided machine. Consequently, the superiority of the hydrostatic-guided machine is verified.
