Summary: | 碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 財稅學系 === 105 === With the progress of economic development, the environmental waste generated by people has caused of fine suspended particulates (PM2.5) increcse and the impact on the ambient air in Taiwan. The most common sources are mostly polluted by mankind. It is more toxic, such as exhaust gas produced by burning petrochemical oil, a large number of factories, waste incinerators, etc. Therefore, this study explores the effects of air pollution sources on fine suspended particulates.
Based on PM2.5 and the total population, the numbers of vehicles, the number of locomotives, the number of factories, the license tax and the air pollution fines from 2006 to 2015, a total of six variables were used, and the panel model was used for empirical analysis. the results showed that The higher the number of vehicles, the higher the PM2.5 index will increase, the higher the license tax will be, the three are positively correlated; and other sources of pollution are not the main impact factors of PM2.5.
In this study, the pollution caused by the regional pollution can not be exactly the control and observation, is still due to many external factors, if Taiwan really want PM2.5 reduction, to the World Health Organization (WHO) set the standard, The government is actively involved in energy development, the addition of pollution control equipments, pollution control and the promotion of energy conservation and carbon reduction, so that the people maintaining air quality will be the key.
