碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 纖維與複合材料學系 === 105 === The application of carbon fiber in the industry has been for years, both in the carbon fiber material selection and carbon fiber product development are mature. Product development in addition to the selection of carbon fiber material, the mold and the stack and processing mode options are indispensable relationship. This article will be the current common carbon fiber process and mold failure mode analysis. Through the instrument analysis, we could be able to investigate the real causes of failure and find the way to identify and put forward possible causes. The failure cases also provide the evidences for the process to correct measures and could be future preventing the failure, thus to repeat the production more precisely and to ensure the product’s quality.
