Higher education plays a key role in incubating these nedded human capital. Accompanying with the public policy in national development, professional occupation shall be satisfied by organizational, institutional, community’s and individual expectations within the civil society.
The holistic educational services to all are strengthened and reformed to improve global competitiveness on earth. The civil employability is the key to future success in acquiring, retaining and promoting a promising occupational proficiency and career development. Sustaining and accounting competency dominates the desirable achievements all the way.
The main effects resulted from experiential learning compromised of soft skills and services increase the power of employability. Nonetheless, self-efficacy and employability readiness can mediate these main effects. And also, further moderation by cultural and emotional quotiens may be in effect with the antedecent model and effects as a whole.
In this case study with the university awarded with Teaching Excellence Summa Cum Laude, questionnaire survey was conducted with the experiential learning (soft skills and service learning)main effect, mediation with self-efficacy and employability, and moderation by cultural and emotional quotients, the employability conmpetency was accordingly clarified to employ these different education and training properly.
