| Summary: | 碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 合作經濟暨社會事業經營學系 === 105 === The Ministry of Health and Welfare announce Care of Ten-Year Long-term Care Program in Taiwan, and this program aim to establish a comprehensive community care service system, expand long-term care services for indigenous people, and train professional care providers. However, the government also faces a situation of shortage of fund, long term care providers , and medical resource for rural area citizen. We conduct a feasibility study for developing home care labor co-operative in Ta pan residential buildings in this research. We sent out 500 questionnaire, then receive 235 from providers and 240 from requester. The result shows that resident in Ta Pan not only providers want to join co-operative but requester possibility hire members to instead foreign household workers from co-operative, however requesters are not willing to hire members if the members is newbie.
