碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 公共政策研究所 === 105 === Abstract 　　Dialogues are used for developing deep conversation in a group of people, in order to reaching a consensus in the end. The aim of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of practical of dialogues in Taiwan. There are several models of practicing dialogues: World Coffee, Scenario Workshop, Study Circle, Open Space Technology, etc. The study focused on some specific cases of World Coffee and Open Space Technology, describing how they worked, in what conditions could be done well, how to promote to other parties, and in which way for improvement. The suggestions were provided below: 1. Make a clearly goal and define the expect of performance in advance is necessarily be decided by the organizers. 2. The organizers should confirm the list of related stakeholders and invitees. 3. The organizers should make an effort to get permissions from relevant departments. 4. A discussion should be made by the organizer and professional facilitator for practicing the most appropriate conference model.
