In this study, the case study method, by exploring the case company - biotechnology industry, for example, the use of industrial analysis to help enterprises understand the future of the industry should face the situation, and the Porter five force analysis (supplier bargaining power, buyers, The threat of the entrants, the threat of substitutes and the competitors) combined with SWOT analysis to help companies fully understand their own internal strengths and weaknesses and external opportunities and threats, with a view to "know ourselves, know yourself." Enterprises to understand their own advantages, disadvantages and opportunities, after the threat, combined with the use of balanced scorecard of the financial, customer, internal processes and learning growth and other four facets, focus on their own business strategy, such as revenue growth, Cost reduction, asset re-use - and so on, followed by strategic map to gather the key performance indicators of enterprises, and the implementation of the indicators to promote and implement, to achieve short , medium and long-term common struggle to grow business strategy and objectives. And finally look forward to the case of the study, as a biotechnology industry to promote the future reference.
