碩士 === 大葉大學 === 環境工程學系碩士在職專班 === 105 === Underground Parking Space now in Taiwan mostly used Foam suppression system, because most of foam concentrate contains PFOS ( Perfluorooctane sulphonate ). Since The Stockholm Convention which hold in May 2009 had discussed the issue of foam, the consideration of damage in health and environmental even evolved into Hazardous Chemicals affecting human health. In the view of this, NF-Water Spray System in Japan were analyzed and conducted a market survey in the earlier stages of importation into Taiwan. This study also explores the different population background of consumers for health and environmental concerns of difference. Additionally, the effects on the reputation of business from NF-Water Spray System might be caused. The result of the study shows that married females are particularly concerned about family members, children’s health and what the builders actually done. Respondents who were married females and 61 years old above have high reputation appraised for builders who set NF-Water Spray System. Consumers concerned more higher about environmental and health, the more attention will be on builders improving the environmental and health and more support to builders install NF-Water Spray System in the underground parking space. While builders launching two or three bedroom apartment in Taipei, Taoyuan, Kaohsiung City, it may increase married female's brand recognition through setting NF-Water Spray System, enhance their willingness to buy the house by lifting the brand value.
