With the competitive pressure in global environment, the management in companies tend to rely on the human resources and management tools. For an organization, higher employee job involvement will increase task performance, which will in turn increase competitive advantage. Therefore, companies tend to emphasis on the act of employees job involvement. Based on the perspective of emotional labor as individual intrapsychic process,this purpose of research is to understand the relationship between emotional labor and job involvement in terms of the moderate variable of cultural intelligence. It will be a reference for cross-border companies. A questionnaire survey was used in this study. The study adopted SPSS23.0 as the tools for statistical analysis. The effective questionnaires were 369 participants from the employees in international enterprise, with a response rate of 87.9%. After the statistical analysis, the results show that there was a positive relationship between emotional labor and job involvement. Cultural intelligence and job involvement was also positive significant relation. Furthermore, the cultural intelligence would be moderating effect on emotional labor and job involvement.
