Summary:碩士 === 大葉大學 === 國際企業管理學系碩士在職專班 === 105 === The purpose of the study is to identity the relationships among internet addiction, social support and creativity. First of all, we sort out all researches between variables and then through quantitative research techniques, we conducted evidence based analysis by using Likert-7-scale index, which is done by questionnaire. The subjects are employees at international informational enterprise. There are a number of 566 valid questionnaires. Materials analysis methods are mainly through Pearson Correlation Analysis and Hierarchical Regression Analysis to investigate relationships between the various variable factors. The outcomes of the evidence based analysis are: I.Internet addiction has no significant correlation to the relationship of creativity II.Social support has a moderating effect on internet addiction and creativity.
